MARK SWAINE

Managing Director

Mr. Swaine is a Managing Director at Clarity Partners and leads the firm’s Tokyo office, where he is focused on generating new investment opportunities for the firm. Mr. Swaine has more than 15 years of experience working in the Asia-Pacific region. From 2015-2023, he represented the firm in the region based in Seoul. Prior to that, he worked in a consulting capacity to several U.S. institutional investors and family offices and for U.S. multinationals including Los Angeles-based The Wonderful Company, where he focused on mergers, acquisitions and strategy.

Education
Mr. Swaine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Emory University, which included a year at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and a Juris Doctorate (JD) from Pepperdine University School of Law and is a member of the California State Bar.
