Clarity makes both control and minority investments. We typically seek one or more board seats in all our portfolio companies.

Geography

We will invest in businesses headquartered across the U.S. and internationally. Historically, a significant proportion of the companies we have invested in have been based in southern California. Our related fund, Kailai Investments, targets the greater China region.
