Mr. Flanagan is an Associate at Clarity Partners. Prior to joining Clarity Partners, Mr. Flanagan worked as an analyst in the Leveraged Finance group at J.P. Morgan Securities, engaged in the structuring of debt financing for corporate and financial sponsor acquisitions of media, technology, and telecommunications companies.
